Mass appraisal is the process of valuing large groups of properties as of a given date using common data, standardized methods and statistical testing. 

It’s an efficient and effective way to accurately value large numbers of properties in a fair, transparent and consistent manner. Properties with similar characteristics in the same area are assessed at similar values and pay a similar share of municipal taxes.

We follow the internationally accepted mass appraisal guidelines set out by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
